BugTape is still in early access, so these terms are a short commercial summary rather than a final public self-serve agreement. The intent is to make the current operating model clear without dressing it up as finished legal copy.

Early-access model

BugTape is currently offered through waitlist approval and direct onboarding. Access, pricing, packaging, and support terms may change during early access.

Use of the service

Use BugTape only on systems you are authorized to test, monitor, or instrument.
You are responsible for the data you send to BugTape and for configuring any privacy-sensitive capture appropriately.
Commercial and self-hosted arrangements may be subject to separate written terms.

Next step

Before broad public launch, BugTape should publish full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy reviewed for SaaS distribution.
